     Title: Very positive feedback on mail filtering

Thank you for those customers who have taken the time to give us feedback on the mail filtering system.  So far the feedback has been very positive, all {cms_selflink page='53' text='feedback'} is welcome.

Fighting spam has always been difficult especially when it comes to trying to please the majority of our clients.  From time to time, we've had our system too agressive and too weak.  The Maia system we are using seems to 3 levels of filtering and an off button.  The options have pleased nearly all our clients who have commented.

Remember by looking at the filter and reporting anything the filter gets wrong you are helping all our users.  So please keep using the mail filter system to confirm spam or ham (non-spam) as it trains our server to be more accurate.
