Terms and Conditions:

- If the Customer chooses not to provide Winshop with certain personal information, Winshop may not be able to provide the Service or continue to provide the Service.

- Winshop stores on our private network in Electronic or Paper form all relevant and appropiate Personal Information required to Provision and Maintain a Customer's Service.

- Winshop takes all reasonable precautions to protect a Customer’s personal information from misuse or unauthorised access via electronic security, restricted access and internal policies and procedures.

- Customer’s personal information is not and will not be shared with any other company or individual unless advised to do so by the Customer in writing or demanded by legal authorities.

- Winshop assumes the personal information held on file is correct. The Customer is responsible for advising Winshop if the information changes and is no longer accurate.

- The Customer may request access to the Personal information Winshop holds on file, in accordance with the Privacy Act. Winshop may charge a reasonable fee for providing this information.


Winshop may Use Perosnal Information for these purposes:
   - Verify the customers Identity.
   - Provide the Sservice.
   - Maintain the Service (Billing, etc).
   - Send updates and new information regarding Winshop products and services.
   - Gather feedback to assist in development of products and services.
   - Maintain and Improve Winshop systems.

Winshop may Disclose Relevant Customer Details to the following:
   - The Customer's Authorised Representative/s.
   - A Third Party in order to Provision a Service for the Customer.
   - A Debt Collector or Credit Reporting Agency in the event the Customer Defaults in payment.
   - The Australian Communications Authority.
   - The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
   - Any Government Body or Law Enforcement Agency.
   - Any other Agency, Regulator or Body Required by Law.
