Moving Office 31st October 2009
As announced via email earlier today:
Winshop is moving office on the 31st October 2009. Our server equipment has been located at the data centre in the building for some time, now office space is available it make sense for us to locate close to the equipment.
There will be no disruption to your Internet services as it's our staff/support centre that is moving. Our support/sales number will remain the same 1300 13 7772. We are only expecting a disruption of a few hours on the support number and that is scheduled to happen outside support hours. Email support will be monitored more often while we are moving.
We still encourage our clients to visit our office for the purposes of configuring modem/routers or discussing your Internet needs in person. We understand many of our clients appreciate talking with staff in person and that will not change.
