Planned outage for selected areas due to Emercency Fibre Optic Cable Repairs.

Your Broadband Service may experience an outage tonight (25/03/2011) from approximately midnight for up to 4 hours due to a damaged fibre optic cable needing emergency repairs.
Customers affected will be connected to the following Exchanges:
Robina Exchange,
Nerang Exchange,
Ashmore Exchange,
Merrimac Exchange,
Bundall Exchange.
During this outage all services will be affected including Web Browsing and Mail.
We apologise for this inconvenience but intend to have services restored as soon as practically possible.
