Privacy Policy
Winshop captures and stores, on our private network and in some cases in paper form, as relevant and appropriate to provision and maintain the Service, personal information about Customers, their Service/s and usage.
· Winshop may use personal information in order to:
o verify the Customer’s identity
o provide the Service
o maintain the Service, including billing
o send updates and new information regarding Winshop products and services
o gather feedback to assist in development of products and services
o maintain and improve Winshop systems
· If the Customer chooses not to provide Winshop with certain personal information Winshop may not be able to provide the Service or continue to provide the Service.
· Winshop takes all reasonable precautions to protect a Customer’s personal information from misuse or unauthorised access via electronic security, restricted access and internal policies and procedures.
· Winshop may disclose relevant Customer details to:
o the Customer’s Authorised Representative/s
o a third party in order to provision a service
o the Australian Communications Authority, the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and any other industry regulator, Government body or law enforcement agency.
o a debt collector or credit reporting agency in the event the Customer defaults in payment
o any other party required by Law
· Customer’s personal information is not and will not be shared with any other company or individual unless advised to do so by the Customer in writing or demanded by legal authorities.
· Winshop assumes the personal information held on file is correct. The Customer is responsible for advising Winshop if the information changes and is no longer accurate.
· The Customer may request access to the Personal information Winshop holds on file, in accordance with the Privacy Act. Winshop may charge a reasonable fee for providing this information.
